2. Problem statement
the issues come when the needs of alternating current power supply in automobile. the current output only 12vdc, so a device to invert dc to ac are needed.
3. Objectives (minimum 3)
- To invert 12VDC input to 240VAC output
- To improve 240VAC sine wave output
- To optimize efficiency of power inverter
- To add voltage comparator to cut-off input voltage when power supply is weak
4. Scope of research
- Analyze sine wave produce by PIC18F452
- Study about H-bridge full wave
- Study alternative way to step up 12VAC to 240VAC rather than using transformer
5. Expected outcome
At the end of this project, the expected outcome is the output voltage created is very smooth wave.
